About
System Meadowhub is a Bangkok-based programming consultancy focused on DevOps enablement and CI/CD pipeline audits.
Why we exist
Too many release conversations stay abstract — “we should improve DevOps” — while the jobs that actually promote code keep fragile credentials, skipped checks, and tribal knowledge. System Meadowhub was founded to give engineering leads in Thailand a place to commission a concrete pipeline examination and leave with ranked work, not another slide deck.
How we started
The practice grew out of consulting engagements with Bangkok product companies whose CI looked healthy until a contractor left, a runner image drifted, or a Friday release needed a manual hotfix nobody could reproduce. We kept being asked to “just look at the pipelines.” That request became the flagship audit.
How we work with clients
- We prefer read-only access first; we do not surprise-change production workflows.
- Findings are written for the people who will fix them — platform engineers and tech leads — with enough detail for managers to prioritize.
- Coaching is optional and time-boxed. Ownership stays with your team.
- We work in English for documentation; Thai-language sessions are available for Bangkok workshops when requested in the brief.
People
Lead consultant — fifteen years across application and platform work, with deep time in CI hosts common to Southeast Asian product teams (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines). Credentials are practical: shipped systems, audited pipelines, coached teams — not a vendor certification wall.
Associates join for larger multi-product audits under the same review standards.
Values that show up in the work
- Specificity over slogans — name the job, the secret, the skip.
- Respect for deadline pressure — remediation maps account for real capacity.
- Honesty about mild reservations — if a risk is acceptable for a short window, we say so.
Location
We are based at Office 10, 72 Demo Road, Bangkok 00000, and work with teams across Thailand as well as remote collaborators in the region.
