- Findings workshop (60–90 minutes) to walk the ranking and next actions

- Rewriting pipelines for you (available as a follow-on engagement)
- Vendor selection bake-offs for CI hosts
- Penetration testing of applications or infrastructure beyond pipeline configuration
- Ongoing on-call coverage
How we work
- Brief intake — you share CI host access (read-only preferred), architecture notes, and recent incident or release pain.
- Desk review — we examine workflows, environment protections, and artifact flow without changing production settings.
- Live sessions — short interviews to reconcile what the YAML says with what people actually do on release day.
- Findings pack — delivered as a shared document; optional on-site presentation in Bangkok.
Duration and delivery
Most audits close in five to ten working days once access is granted. Bangkok teams may schedule a half-day kickoff at our office or yours. Fully remote audits are standard for teams outside Thailand.
Preparation we ask of you
- Read-only access to the repositories and CI project(s) under review
- A named contact who can answer release-process questions within 24 hours
- One recent successful release and one painful release as reference points
Pricing basis
Quoted as a fixed project fee. Starting point for a single product line with up to eight primary pipelines is ฿85,000. Multi-product or monorepo sprawl is scoped after the brief. Deposits and refund terms are described on the refund policy page.
