What enablement means here
We sit with the people who maintain pipelines and the people who break them under deadline pressure. Sessions are concrete: rewrite a promotion job together, design a branch protection rule the team will actually keep, or rehearse a rollback using the same jobs production uses.
Typical coaching blocks
- Half-day clinic — focused on one pain (secrets rotation, flaky test quarantine, or environment promotion).
- Two-week sprint coaching — three working sessions plus async review of pull requests that touch pipelines.
- Six-week enablement retainer — weekly office hours, prioritization of the audit backlog, and a close-out demo for leadership.
What we do not do
We do not become your permanent platform team. Enablement ends with your engineers owning the jobs and documentation.
Pricing
Day rate ฿28,000 for clinics and short blocks. Retainers are quote-based after we see the audit pack or your internal backlog. Ask about availability.
