Terms governing use of the System Meadowhub website and consulting engagements.
Acceptance
By accessing system-meadowhub.click or engaging System Meadowhub for consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described
This website describes programming consulting services — including DevOps enablement and CI/CD pipeline audits — for informational purposes. Publishing a rate or service description does not create a contract until both parties sign a statement of work or accept a written proposal.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text and design, is owned by System Meadowhub unless otherwise noted. Client materials and pipeline configuration shared during an engagement remain the client’s property. Audit findings documents are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use; redistribution to third parties requires written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate access scopes, name an available contact, and refrain from asking consultants to conceal material pipeline risks from internal stakeholders. Illegal or unauthorized access requests will end the engagement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, System Meadowhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from consulting advice, including production incidents that occur after recommendations are declined or partially implemented. Aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
No warranty of outcomes
Audits and coaching improve visibility and practices; they do not guarantee absence of defects, breaches, or downtime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
